Finca Steller
Finca Steller is the Monteverde Conservation League’s base of operations on the Caribbean slope of the Children’s Eternal Rainforest (BEN). Located just 10 minutes from La Tigra de San Carlos, Finca Steller is also home to our Environmental Education Program. Finca Steller is open for hiking (trails only) with previous reservations only. - Hiking trails through primary and secondary forest
- Environmental education classroom
- Native plant nursery
- Medicinal plant garden
- Endangered species trail
- Guided day hikes (previous reservation required)
We do not offer meals at Finca Steller; visitors are welcome to bring a picnic lunch or snack to enjoy during their visit!
